The QSE approach is at the heart of iD-product management. Through this approach, we aim for the permanent improvement of the quality and the safety of our services. We have given ourselves the means of this ambition through many actions.
ISO 9001 : 2015
International Standard ISO 9001 specifies requirements for the quality management system. It aims to demonstrate the ability of an organization to consistently provide a product that meets customer requirements and regulatory requirements. Obtaining this certification also aims to increase customer satisfaction and trust in our business processes, including processes for continuous improvement.
iD-product is certified on all of this standard in its latest version 2015. Download the certificate
EN 9100 : 2018
The EN / AS / JISQ 9100 standard is specifically dedicated to the aerospace sector. Based on the principles of ISO 9001, EN / AS / JISQ 9100 deals in particular with safety, quality and technologies for all aeronautical activities, all along the supply chain. We also follow the certifications of our suppliers via the OASIS platform (Online Aerospace Supplier Information System) set up by IAQG.
Together with ISO 9001, we are certified on the whole of this standard in its latest version 2018. Download the certificate
5S system
The Japanese 5S system optimizes working conditions and time by improving the organization, cleanliness and safety of work. It is a management technique that is part of the quality approach. The 5S come from the five operations that make up the method:
• Seiri : Sort, discard, recycle, archive, order work tools.
• Seiton : Tidy, classify and optimize the use of space.
• Seiso : Clean, repair
• Seiketsu : Order the documents or his workstation
• Shitsuke : Be rigorous and maintain these principles over time
We are constantly adopting these principles within iD-product in a more global approach of continuous improvement and those, in order to offer quality products in a successful way.
EN 9100 : 2016
As an extension of our EN9100 certification, iD-product is also approved PART 21G: Aeronautical Production Organization. This new approval will allow our customers to receive products directly released under EASA Form 1. They will gain greatly in lead time and processing cost.
This new brick fits perfectly into iD-product's strategy to drive the entire value chain of a product from its design, qualification, production and now its aeronautical release. The objectives remain the same, improve the time-to-market and reduce the project costs. This demonstrates our commitment to the quality and safety of the products that come out of our workshops. We intend to consolidate this position in the coming years by linking new agreements with design organizations (DOA) and continuing to support our customers with new initiatives of responsibility.
People safety

To guarantee the day-to-day safety of our staff and that of our customers, we deploy high-performance work techniques and state-of-the-art techniques that ensure a high level of security. Our aeronautical products dedicated to passengers or pilots surpass the requirements of the sector while offering a great comfort of use. Our machines obviously respect the European Machinery Directive 2006/42 / EC and all the rules in force.
Product safety

As part of a joint approach between safety and environment, we deploy, on our own initiative, the almost systematic use of shuttle boxes with specific locations for the transport of the various parts throughout their manufacturing cycle. This gives us the guarantee of product integrity while reducing our waste.
Data safety

In an ever more digital world, we have built iD-product as a digital enterprise limiting the use of paper to the bare necessities. The security of our computer network is therefore an essential part of our organization, whether in the context of malicious or accidental access. This is why our database benefits from a double daily backup (including an off-site).
100% renewable energy
Because a modern company must be responsible, we take an eco-citizen approach to promote the development of renewable energy in the region. More information on midipyrenees.enercoop.fr
Charging station for EV
Wishing to support and encourage energy-efficient travel and limit the carbon footprint of its environment, we are providing an accelerated charging station on our premises at 15 boudeville in Toulouse. It is accessible to all of our visitors to recharge their electric vehicle for free during their visit.
We also open it to anyone who can use it through the my.newmotion.com platform and on Chargemap.
REACH regulation
REACH for "Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals" is an european regulation that aims to protect human health and the environment from the risks associated with chemical substances. REACH applies to all chemical substances, especially those used in industrial processes. As a design office, we have to define chemical applications especially for the corrosion protection of mechanical parts. We have deployed an analytical approach in order to recommend in our products only substances that comply with these regulations.
Directive RoHS
The RoHS European Directive for "Restriction of Hazardous Substances" aims to limit the use of six hazardous substances including Chromium VI and Cadmium which are very present in many chemical anti-corrosion treatments. Despite aeronautical derogations that still allow us to use these treatments (Alodine 1200, Cadmiage, OAC ...), we have banned any use in consultation with our customers to anticipate this transition.
